Based on the previous tasks – Site visit, Case studies and Study Trip, we need to design the Community Center for Children/Young adult (age group 7-12, 13-17 & 18-21) at Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur. The design should include the space requirement as discussed from group. Hence, the basic requirements are:

Lobby ,Entrance, Washroom/restroom ,Small office (5pax max) ,Activity spaces – playground, classroom, library etc., Surau , Small canteen  ,Toilets,Storage,Utilities ,Parking/drop-off x. Universal access (disable ramp/disable toilet etc.), Accommodation for 2pax
